Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
During new product launches, promotions, or holiday periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Within Australia

FREE Standard Shipping on all Australian orders.

Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days after dispatch.
No minimum spend required.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide.

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Estimated delivery time is 7–21 business days, depending on the destination.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country's customs authority.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet our estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, customs processing, or peak shipping periods. Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, LNT is not responsible for shipping delays outside of our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If an incorrect address is provided, LNT cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible—we'll do our best to update your details before your order is dispatched.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the shipping carrier to investigate and help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
